Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid?

The providers in this clinic are considered “Non-Participating” with Medicare and Medicaid.  Patients with these insurances are able to be seen in the clinic and then will pay up front for their care.  The patient will then be given an invoice and a form to fill out to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.

Can I do a virtual or telemed appointment?

Yes, all appointments, except for establishing primary care and OMT can be converted to a virtual appointment int he event that the patient is unable to make it into the clinic.

Can I schedule an appointment to just meet with the someone to see if the practice would be a good fit for me and my family?

Yes! We offer consult appointments where a potential patient can meet the one of the providers and discuss scope of practice and answer any questions about what to expect.  As this does take time out of the provider’s schedule, the consult does cost $50.
Please be aware that the providers will not be offering any medical advice during this period of time.  This meeting is only to clarify and answer questions about the scope of the practice.
